Introducing the Opel Corsa to reduce the prices of the German brand in Algeria – Cars Live

The Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, Ali Aoun, called on the officials of the Opel brand in Algeria to introduce “Opel Corsa” cars to the Algerian market, considering that their prices will be appropriate and accessible to the Algerian citizen.
This comes during the meeting that took place today between Aoun and the Chief Executive Director of the Automotive Branch at the Hulil Complex and the Director of Opel in Algeria, Nassim Ben Gharghoura, where the two parties talked about the models that will be present in the Algerian market and the announcement of the official opening of the launch of the Opel brand next Wednesday.
According to a statement by the Ministry of Industry, during the meeting, the Minister was informed of the prices, which he confirmed were high and stressed the need to reduce them to be within the reach of the middle class, especially with the entry of other brands into the Algerian market at the end of this year and creating strong competition to reduce prices.
In addition to the entry of the Opel brand with 3 models, the price of which is high, according to the minister, Ali Aoun stressed the introduction of the Corsa model, which is considered to be priced appropriately, so that it becomes 4 models for the Opel brand.
For his part, Nassim Gharghouri confirmed the entry of 4,000 Opel cars before the end of this year.
In light of the entry of many brands and entry into the real car industry, the Algerian market will witness strong competition that will ease the great pressure that the car market has experienced during the past years.
