Al-Murabba Net – Mercedes-AMG has unveiled one of its most beautiful and powerful sports cars dedicated to the track so far, called the GT2 Pro, and it can be considered the most powerful and boldest version of the GT2 model that the company introduced last year.
Mercedes-AMG targets its wealthy customers who want to spend an enjoyable time on a private track, knowing that this car is not equipped to participate in official international races.
Performance numbers
The attractive coupe is powered by a 4.0-liter, 8-cylinder, twin-turbo engine with a power of 697 horsepower, with the ability to activate the Boost feature to temporarily raise the car’s power to 739 horsepower.
The car’s engine is coupled to a 6-speed sequential transmission intended for racing, with a new rear wing to enhance the car’s downforce, and new 18-inch wheels that were developed specifically for this version.
The car also has an elegant dark gray exterior paint with elegant sports stripes, and inside we see a sports steering wheel, sports embroidery and decorations, with a dashboard design of lightweight carbon fiber material.
High price, as expected
A car of this power and elegance will of course be very expensive, as its price starts at 508 thousand dollars (1.9 million riyals).
