The 2024 Toyota Yaris Cross gets a 1.5-liter engine that relies on naturally aspirated air with a more powerful electric motor. The system generates a combined power of 130 horsepower and 185 Newton meters of torque. The new increase in power contributes to enhancing acceleration time from rest to 100 km/h. A difference of 0.4 seconds to achieve acceleration within 10.7 seconds.

In addition to the new hybrid version, the previous option of the Yaris Cross will continue, which relies on a less powerful electric motor with the same internal combustion engine, so the system generates a total power of 114 horsepower and 141 Newton meters of torque.

Toyota did not receive external design changes, as it was limited to a new blue paint, while providing an exclusive paint for the most equipped versions called “Urban Khaki” with an appearance similar to the light green color, with new 18-inch sports wheels.
